The American Red Cross was highly open to giving me more opportunities to develop as a volunteer intern. All the managers that I have worked with are extremely nice.

Cons

One of my managers was not consistently replying to my emails. Also, the online training that I have undergone is extremely slow, and it can take several months to truly experience what you were promised from the company. The platform that they use is also less-than-optimal as it is outdated.
