I enjoyed the work environment and coworkers! Automatically received a pay raise at the beginning of the year but not sure if that occurs annually. Free lunch during busy seasons and during occasional staff events.

Cons

Pay could be better. Bookkeepers work very independently which is great but many processes can be unclear.
