Amdocs is a great organization in all the aspects whether it's learning, money, fun, professional life, corporate etc. It's really a great workplace where you can have work with fun. Lot of Employee engagement activities. Great learning opportunities. Regular classroom trainings on various technologies. Free Snacks, Meals, Fruits for all the employees. Open culture so you can discuss about your growth or plans with management anytime. Also a respectable hike every year even for average employees. Good opportunities of Onsite.
