      -- Food quality is very good. -- Work culture is very employee friendly & casual. -- Many employee connect activities. -- Avg. annual salary hike..depends on performance. -- Very good learning curve for software Testing position.

      -- Traveling opportunity are very less as and completely depends on proj/client. -- No as such rotational policy for Onsite. -- No Internal job posting available until and unless you resign.

      Good work culture. Good benefits. Employee care. Learning opportunities about telecom industry. Less work pressure. Team events. Decent management. Product based.

      Cons

      Growth is not ensured at all levels. Less trainings to employees regarding latest tools in the market. Appraisals are not up to the mark. Work life balance is horrible for people working in shifts. No rotational shifts to maintain work life balance. Onsite opportunities very less.
