If you get yo work on amdocs products it will be a good learning experience. 7. Sufficient amount of leaves and holidays. 10 days of sick leaves also provided additionally. 2 successive days sick leave can be availed anytime without any manager approval or permission or doctor certificate. 8. Onsite opportunity in non US based projects. 9. Double digit increment (now this can be a con for someone) 10. A small amount given as bonus every year.
