Pros
I am currently working in Amdocs, and its been 4years almost that I am with this company. Within this tenure I come across some great leaders and managers who knows employee needs. Moreover, Amdocs provide awesome free food 3times a day.😋 It has free cab facility for shift women employees. Amdocs provide decent hikes too
Cons
Like all the five fingers in a hand are not same, similarly there are some leaders too who dont even have leadership quality. Office politics is another cons which is again vary with internal teams. Management is average since maximum projects come with short timelines.
