It is a MNC that is only a good point.

Cons

Management is Totally partial towards old employees, you will be blamed for things that has nothing to do with your job. HR will never listen your point. The senior management also loves to play politics politics. You will be trained for a week maximum and they will start expecting the same result what there old employees are used to give no matter even if you are fresher.
