Work culture was earlier good. Now, it's changing. you will get confusion about your assignments. Next, you can learn anything here. So, you better focus on learn the things you want and implement to get recognized. That's it. Don't expect anything else.
Cons
Your aspirations can be shared with manager who can't do anything about them! Now a days most of the managers have their own preferences. I am not facing this issue. but I am observing it from last 10 years.
