Takes very good care of employees, stuff like free breakfast n snacks are really good n they also offer a competitive salary.

Cons

For me my work spec wasnt a good fit. I was enrolled as a developer and was put on a testing team.

Good Pay Package on joining as a Fresher. Good facilities like good breakfast and meal. Good Product. Amdocs has very Good Billing Product.You can learn a lot out of it.

Cons

Management doesn't provide enough growth opportunities. There is no HR in reality its all Manager's Game
