1.work life balance - No pressure, No swipe-in and swipe-out, No Bench, 2.good perks and decent pay - Subsidized food, free snacks and fruits, indoor games, Bonus and Hike both in same year, other benefits. 3. Israel leads or managers are nice, they don't show any partiality, no politics. 4.Relocation opportunities for the existing employees. 5. Internal Transfer

You will end up eating always, not a challenging work, now a days all projects are support based, not a well planned management.Lot of reduction in the account in recent past, 40% of Amdocs business depends on AT&T, if AT& T goes out from Amdocs, there will be lot of reduction again. Uses very old technologies. No branches in southern part of India.
