Great opportunities to grow but very poor work/life balance
Pros
This is a real multicultural company, which gives you the opportunity to work with people from all around the world in a daily basis. Their headquarter is in Israel and the biggest site is in Pune (India), so it is very likely that (no matter what project you are) you will be in touch with people from (at least) these countries. They have a nice culture to give opportunities of business travels for other projects, even if you are a beginner.
Cons
Very bad work/life balance. Usually the projects have tide timelines and they push you to the limit (even when it is not required). They don't pay for extra hours if you are a group leader or above. Lack of training for new customers. They use to call it, "on-the-job training", which is very bad since the newcomer will be lost from since begging. The development for most of the projects happens in India, and the quality of the codes delivered is very poor. In the past they used to follow a very nice Quality Assurance process, but it is being forgotten.
