      1. Good Work Life Balance for Fresher 2. Free pantry, breakfast, snacks

      Cons

      1. Old technology 2. Hard to switch projects 3. Technology stack is very complicated, It will take at least a year or two to understand what is going under the hood. 4. No training on telecom domain 5. Bootcamp was not properly organized for freshers leading to no knowledge how to work on project.
