No pros no pros compensation is good I think but doesn’t matter when you are not valued or treated like slaves.

Worst working culture no work life balance This company tricks peoples when they hire they told me it will be software testing work as they hired me as software developer in test but they put me in a support work being in a call on whole day no breaks in between your manager will micromanage, not talk to you not even a single one on one when I joined heard lot of stories like that , when you inform Hr they will tell your manager.
