A company which used to be great went sour over the years
Pros
Good benefits including salary, bonus, health insurance, 401K and a generous amount of vacation days compared to other places in the US.
Cons
The company management had failed in almost every way to keep this company relevant. Today in this company there are a substantial amount of employees which work with technologies which were invented over 20 years ago. Over the years Amdocs has failed to renew itself and keep up to date with the market and thus its future is uncertain. The company is currently straggling and reducing costs and employees (especially anywhere besides India), I guess they want to turn into Tech Mahindra rather than become more like Google :) Another downside is that the company doesn't provide an adequate work/life balance.
