1.work life balance - No pressure, No swipe-in and swipe-out, No Bench, 2.good perks and decent pay - Subsidized food, free snacks and fruits, indoor games, Bonus and Hike both in same year, other benefits. 3. Israel leads or managers are nice, they don't show any partiality, no politics. 4.Relocation opportunities for the existing employees. 5. Internal Transfer

You will end up eating always, not a challenging work, now a days all projects are support based, not a well planned management.Lot of reduction in the account in recent past, 40% of Amdocs business depends on AT&T, if AT& T goes out from Amdocs, there will be lot of reduction again. Uses very old technologies. No branches in southern part of India.

Good company culture. Merit of work and efforts a re recognized by the management.

Cons

Lot of support work. Also, the OSS teams are kind of siloed and knowledge sharing is minimal.

Culture is good. Facilities like cab, food, snacks are beneficial. A company someone join and don't leave early. Had a good experience. Great if you get to work on Amdocs products

Cons

I think vacancies for Amdocs are not published in all job sites. Mostly they are internal or via consultancies. There is aptitude test for laterals too.
