There are too many silos across the various teams. This atmosphere creates a lot of hostility between teams because everyone has the 'it's not my role' mentality.

The people I work with every day were dedicated to doing a great job, and everyone was always helpful in resolving issues. It was always the people that make me want to go to work each day. Sometimes a job can be come routine, this most days was not.

Cons

Middle management was somewhat impersonal.
