      Worst work environment at gurgaon office.

      No pros apart from free food.

      If you are going to join gurgaon office as a developer then you are going to make a very big mistake. They are using very old technology and tools..After 1 year you will feel outdated.there is no work like balance as well. Too much politics.If you will not fit in their politics then at any time they will fire you after giving reason of performance.I have seen it's happening with so many experienced people even.There are lot of people over there who are very unprofessional more focused on politics than work they make life of new joiners very difficult and even HRs will not listen to your any kind of concerns.

      Pros

      Good work -life balance. Friendly & open environment. short term (1 to 3 month) on-site opportunity. Good food. Time to time they launch many competitions , code challenge and hackathon. which give you opportunity to show case your technical knowledge and Innovation mindset. Good payhike every year on between 9 to 13%.

      Cons

      units in amdocs are support and maintenance (OSS) , delivery(where they done customization) and Core team , R&D team who actually develop product . So learning will vary from unit to unit . OSS have very less opportunity to learn something new and less scope to implement if you learn new trending technologies. HR need to more active.

      Party at weekend. Team outing and nothing else

      Cons

      No work life balance, No support and help to new people. New joined person feels secluded and low. No technical growth as everything is based on internal frameworks. Don't go with rating here as its fake as they tell the current employee to submit fake ratings
