None - very scary office and sad environment

Poor management, companies vision keep's changing every year they are trying to copy big companies, sometime they want open sitting and sometime want to copy google's SRE Model. Fact that the leadership qualtiies are still OLD STYLE, no matter how modern they want to be nothing will change if the leaders do not change their working way. Recently they started one day work from home and not all leaders were fully acceptive of it, they try to micro manage how much each employee goes for lunch, breaks and other stuff. Overall its not happy place to work.
