Great Firm..Indian Management is obnoxious in some Verticals
Pros
1. Great Products and well versed designed. 2. Latest technologies hands-on work in major teams except few teams which are still using old technologies. 3. Compensation and benefits are good.(Depends on your relationship with Manager more than your technical skill) 4. Learning opportunities are amazing if you are willing to get out of your comfort zone. 5. Transport, Insurance, Pantry food is also good.
Cons
1. The only good hike you will get when you have joined the firm later its been giving to those who are in Amdocs since they graduated.(Literally management and senior people are like Indian politician they just don't want to leave coz now deep rooted politics is well established and majorly these people are making the firm going down.
