      Pros

      Benefits are competitive. There are no other advantages to working at Amdocs. Unless you are a masochist, then opportunity abounds.

      Cons

      In 40 years I have never worked for a person less qualified to be a manager as my last Amdocs manager. On the rare occasion that he actually showed up to work, he was completely incompetent and showed no people skills out of 5 managers I'm 7 years, I had one good manager. If you are not Israeli, or willing to work for a fraction of what the market dictates, you will not be promoted. Management seems proud that there is no work life balance.

      It is a Large company around the world and the major employer in Israel which gives you lot of resources to work with

      Cons

      Even thou you have a lot of people to talk to there is No trust if you are not from israel

      Market leader, delivery record, installed base, financial stability

      Cons

      Negative work culture and political environment, terms such as teamwork, partnership, caring for the individual and work-life balance are not part of amdocs DNA or company values. The only thing that counts is the bottom line, but how you get there, is not important. Management doesn't see the "Human part of the Resource", which makes it one big "body shop"
