      Pros

      The pay and benefits are probably above average, although don't expect stock options or ESPP. There are still groups of people left over from acquisitions that work well together, but they are shrinking and becoming infected with Amdocs culture.

      Cons

      The culture is truly terrible. Don't expect -Management to back you up -Professional training -New Employee training -Timely managment review -Career mobility

      Pros

      Most people are good to work with due to their professionalism and willingness to share and help.

      Cons

      Lack or recognition of efforts due to management too busy playing politics, handballing or looking after their own interest. Every employee is an expendable resource or robots. Some management does not follow company vision ie People Care - so management has lack of care/concern and lack of time for employees.

      respect for colleagues is dismal, people often feel that responsibility is a burden. Incompetent managers.
