Pros

fairly flexible working hours - they let you work from home via VPN when you need to, which is good considering they try to micro-manage you in every other aspect

Cons

Forget about pay rises... they've loads in the bank, but you won't see it. Their supposedly "agile" development process is an exercise in useless stats gathering and micro-management. I've never seen so many people seeming to do so much yet achieve so little. It's like being caught in the middle of a weird cargo cult. Career progression is nonexistent, unless you want to be a stick-wielding middle manager. Technical decisions are made by technical incompetents. I'm amazed this company hasn't gone down the pan. If you get bought out by Amdocs, leave - if you're considering joining, don't.

Limited Opportunities and Limited Training

Pros

You work on interesting projects with an international group of people. If you want to travel the world there are opportunities to do that.

Cons

There is very little in the way of life/work balance. There is little respect for on-site employees. The projects would not be near as hard to get done if they would slim down the management a little bit and give you more competent people to work on a project. Training is non-existent. Employees barely know more about the product than the customer. As an resource on-site you catch the brunt of all of the poor work done by others and have to rescue the projects for very little recognition. There is no respect for personal time or for how much time you spend at work.
