      Very hectic..screwed up work-life balance

      Pros

      Reputed name. Flexible timings. Good benefits. No dress-code. Environmen is alot better than the service based companies.

      Cons

      You need to work like anything. Seems like you dont have a right to a personal life outside this company. No proper documentation.Management would put you in a new field expecting you to know everything beforehand on your own.

      Pros

      The work culture, flexible timings, Work-Life balance are not very impressive. If it is not the compensation growth you are looking at, you can definitely enjoy your tenure at DOX. Once you join the company, you will never feel like leaving the company, if you do not care about the compensation growth.

      Cons

      The compensation growth was very much impressive a few years ago. But after the recession, the company decreased the growth % drastically to single digits. But now the company is looking to make amends to its policies to attract newer work force. Believe me, DOX can definitely improve

      Challenging work. Freedom to contribute.

      Cons

      Took away snacks. Layed off most everyone in favor of Indian counterpart. Tough to get a raise. People are ranked using a bell curve.
