      - flexibility on working from home when you need to - excellent benefits for FT employees - you get to work with people from all over the world, great multicultural enviroment

      Cons

      - absolutely no work life balance, most of the projects are greatly understaffed so you are asked to put a lot of extra hours

      Good onsite oppurtunities...if you dont mind travelling for short terms... Very challenging work...you can work anywhere in the world if you work here... Good for people who are soft in character, it will change you completely compensation is at par with industry, facilities at work place are good

      Cons

      Higher management is worst They have good market base, but they dont know how to take advantage of it...They are not sure even if they can retain it.. Very high attrition rate.. No one currently present in the company has good knowledge of the product which they are selling in the market. Recruitment quality has gone done during the recent times..
