      Company has good technologies, But option is not given to employee to choose what technology he wanted work on . . .

      Wide range of technologies Chance to work with People from various countries Very good exposure to telecommunication knowledge World top telecom providers as clients Nice breakfast including weekends, Discounted Lunch and Dinner Different Clubs for various extra curricular activities if interested Fixed number of Club points every year to spend on events like trekking

      Not a very good compensation when compared with co-workers. Person who joined as a fresher with good grip on the project after one year will be getting less package when compared to a person who joined with 1 year experience very recently Bad Work life balance No chance of choosing a project who joined as a fresher Mostly, Support kind of work Not many good leaders are there lead the members in the right direction

      Good benefits package (healthcare, 401K); flexibility to work remotely

      Cons

      Heavily international culture (Israeli, Indian) can make communication challenging; implementation-focused project workload; compensation peaks once you hit the upper limit of your band; annual bonus structure is heavily weighted to favor top performers and even then you rarely hit your target; lack of incentive to work harder than others; high workload means everyone is stretched very thin (quality can suffer)
