      Flexibility to employees is provided like work from home which makes working more easy and employees can put long hours.

      More Work life balance required as employees usually have lot of work and lil time for employees self growth should be given after peak time works via. bench culture.

      Work Environment-Very Good,Free Food,Snacks,Nice Team Events,Friendly People,Brand Name.Work from home.

      Cons

      1.First of all the main point to note here is that-Amdocs Pune is far more better than Amdocs Gurgaon.I have worked in both of the offices 2.Secondly,Type of work here is support based which i didn't like and mostly on old technologies.You may have to work in shifts.Sometimes they give application support work which is pathetic. 3. Behaviour of US partners working with you is very rude sometimes. However overall its a good company except work.
