      + Telecom domain knowledge. Amdocs serves some of the world’s most famous communication companies. + Friendly work environment + onsite chance and long term relocation opportunities if you play your cards right. + senior management has good vision and makes

      Cons

      - Most of the projects are poorly managed and employees are overstressed. - No technical growth as a consequence to Amdocs’s complete lack of interest in using open source technologies. - Average salary. Don’t hire from top colleges if you are not ready to compensate well.

      Cons

      -No work life balance -No quality management (Most of the managers are non-competative,they just have useless experience of 8-9-10 yrs) -Management and HR need to understand that if they hiring people from good institutes(like NITs and others) they should not be treated just like others and give them some responsible work (instead of testing ,infra ) like dev or designing otherwise it would be waste of talent and a career.
