      Pros

      I am not sure about current Situation..They have open culture and give you independence to act. You Learn, Work and lead and most important thing all of these will be done with fun.

      Cons

      Now I have come to know they are no more as they were before...they have started putting restrictions on small things on the name of the cost cutting.

      1) Excellent work culture 2) Lots of fun at work 3) Free snacks and fruits during breakfast and afternoon tea time 4) Minimal charged lunch(indian, continental and fast food). Excellent food 5) Gifts during festive occasions 6) Employee care is excellent 7) Work from facility 8) Excellent team interaction 9) Hike is good. Average hike is about 10-15% 10) Onsite opportunities; Lots of travel to foreign locations

      1) Long working hours; too overloaded at times and this continues for months 2) Pay is less 3) Poor work-life balance
