Pros

Employee care is better then other companies with same size/status, actually this is the reason for many to stay in Amdocs. Process are good.

Cons

Its more of a Service company now, less development work. Slowly coming into typical Indian management handling technique. Which is not at all suited for a product company.

Pros

Met important networking contacts, gave me knowledge to work with Telecom and, to work in rivals (they pay good money)

Cons

My con will be about Amdocs Brazil. Salary, career, exploration (In case, they hold all students as trainee, even if he/she do a Senior's Work. Not saying in Brazil they only pay extras on weekends, but make you work overtime in week with no payment. also, bodyshop them to clients as Seniors SME, I saw a contract once)

Pros

1- Company pampers you 2- Lots of travels depending on your division / stream 3- Might get some excellent client facing exposure

Cons

1- You need divine connections to change the department/stream 2- Work life balance is really bad in some divisions 3- Projects under indian management are really bad 4- Promotion policies are not well defined
