      Pros

      Job security, Onsite opportunities, Good benefits. You do get chances of onsite opportunities at client location depending on the project. Food provided in office is very good and along with other cafeteria services. Can work for long years in such organization.

      Cons

      Long Working Hours(weekends as well) in many projects especially in Testing. Your Test team leads and managers ask you to extend many times. Switching via Internal Job Postings is not easy for employee and requires Management's approval

      Pros

      Depending on which division you work in, work can be interesting in product development or monotonous in support. Company always try to cheat its way through bonus time, and bonus is below market at best if it is there.

      Cons

      Salary is below market in US and Canada, too much work load and good managers but very shrewd directors... growth stops at director level if you are not of a particular descent.
