      No Value of existing employees in company for more than 4-5 Years in India

      good communication abt the changes to all levels Employee Care is taken upto some extent good options and Internal Plans for Growth

      Cons

      No work life balance No Growth in terms of Money to existing employees politics at some levels caused frustration Bonus are peanuts.

      The money was good, benefits too

      Cons

      Management wasn't interested in the workers being satisfied in the least. There was also a rule about speaking the language of the country that you were in at the time. The managers over from Tel Aviv ignored it when it suited them, left us in the dark quite often and offended some clients

      Pros

      The pay and benefits are probably above average, although don't expect stock options or ESPP. There are still groups of people left over from acquisitions that work well together, but they are shrinking and becoming infected with Amdocs culture.

      Cons

      The culture is truly terrible. Don't expect -Management to back you up -Professional training -New Employee training -Timely managment review -Career mobility
