Good workable environment. Flexible hours. Travelling if you like it. Training of new people.

Cons

Technologies used are mostly not used outside the company. Working a lot of overtimes as per the requirements of the project. Not much growth, not even able to relocate even if there is a portal for this. The center in Cyprus has less opportunities than the centers in Israel and India. Very few people can follow a different path than becoming a team leader on the technical part. Not many opportunities for having an analytical/consultant position.

Pros

Good Work life Balance. Good onsite Opportunities. ( Depends upon project only). Your technical skills doesn't matter at all. Work is so simple that even a college student could be the best performer here.

Cons

Bad salary. Technical skills doesn;t matter at all. I saw -$$ h0--s going up the ladder just because they are good in licking and don't know even if else of coding languages. If you are in good projest, you will always get the best increment, even if you the worst one. If you are in bad project, they no increment and no onsite.
