Cons
- less hike - Salary level at par with Infosys, TCS, IBM and Accenture i.e. experience into 2 kind of logic. - If your assigned project is bad then you would be able to switch project after 18 months only. - Onsite highly dependent upon project. - Less innovation culture to embrace latest technology in Project work at least in ADM unit.
