- Good employee care policies - Great work life balance - Subsidized lunch, free morning and evening snacks - Good growth prospect with highly talented sales people who regularly loops in good projects - good mix of Services and product business which helps each other during tough time in one unit. - Well structured hierarchy with key people assigned at key roles with less dependency on any one team mate - Project bonus, party and yearly bonus. - Onsite in some projects like in European projects or for Core Amdocs products in Testing and support.

Cons

- less hike - Salary level at par with Infosys, TCS, IBM and Accenture i.e. experience into 2 kind of logic. - If your assigned project is bad then you would be able to switch project after 18 months only. - Onsite highly dependent upon project. - Less innovation culture to embrace latest technology in Project work at least in ADM unit.

Amdocs is a huge company with many locations and divisions, so your experience would greatly depend on where exactly are you in the company. I happen to work for Yellow Pages print (Yellow Book) - the fest disappearing business. Of cause they decrease the stuff in my account and don't hire. Plus, I work on COBOL - very old technology, but may be in other places the technologies are more advanced. Pros - great health benefits in US, not bad salaries either. Nice people for the most part. The work is relatively laid back (may not be true for other divisions).

Cons

Old technologies, no office culture or perks.
