      Leaders in telecom but limited growth Opps in NA

      Pros

      Leaders in Telecom products, solutions and managed services. Overall good company to work for if you are in Israel or India. Good options to move to other teams internally.

      Cons

      Minimal growth opportunities if you are in North America - Always trying to minimize onshore staff and support functions in NA. Company does not believe in the concept of work-life balance. As a standard practice at least 50% of the workforce end up working at least one day of the weekend.

      Pros

      a lot of technical knowledge to gain, nice team management and lot of fun for employees. the employees gets exposure to lot of things that groom him so that he can survive the industry.

      Cons

      KT schedule is what i found not up to the mark apart from that i liked the organisation. there should be a proper schedule as it makes the employee understand the job requirement and can proceed.
