Pros
None, other than a paycheck and benefits.
Cons
No support from upper management. Poor ethics from leadership, no leading by example. No work/life balance even though the company tells their employees it's a top priority. Repeated offshoring of North American employees jobs, and no attempt from management to hide that is their focus. Promises of finding work for their "valued" employees do not manifest. They continue to move onshore jobs offshore, or they pile the work on to an already overburdened onshore employee...see no work/life balance.
