Pros

Cons
- Amdocs is growing in size, it has other benefits better than many other service based and product companies but in terms of salary and other benefits it is far behind in market and don't fall in place with any product companies. This is the reason attrition rate has increased from last year. - There are lots of company policies in terms of promotion and other things which needs to be followed also there are lots of politics from management to promote their favorite people. - Hard work is not appreciated. You will get similar things as a non-performer. - Management is not at all good. Old people are there in management with their traditional thinking and approach. In short it is great place to work if you don't care much about money, promotion and you are not very workaholic. If you want a place where you can enjoy and work then you can join here and stay for long.
