      Neutral and professional relationship.. Performance matters.. Career growth varies and excellent exposure to multiple products and accounts.. Israel and Account Leadership is very good.

      Line management needs little improvement and transparency.. Drop in hiring quality in order to ramp up over last 2 years.

      Amdocs attracts some of the brilliant minds in industry. Its very strong in research and keen on bringing newer and better offering to cater telecom industry. It caters to BSS as well OSS requirements of most of the giant telcos. With the new product offering its plans to take user experience to a new high

      Took away snacks. Layed off most everyone in favor of Indian counterpart. Tough to get a raise. People are ranked using a bell curve.
