      Unfortunately I cannot think of any pros! It is sad but don’t get fulled to waste your time and talent with this company.

      This is a company that has no work life balance, and zero compassion to their employees. My wasted few years I spent thinking that it will get better, but it never did...

      Pros

      Mostly Supportive managers , they are leader in the industry , support End to End for Telcos , Lot of Travel and relocation oportunities

      Cons

      Some department have only one target , offshoring and lower cost. Amdocs is leader but very slow and works on very old technologies , HR is missing , Just exist as role. No influence of OD.
