Less scope of learning, No on site opportunities if you fall under non telecom projects. Less salary comparison to outside companies. Too much Internal politics.

The management is horrible, at least in RMCC, they won't let you grow. Sometimes they will stop you from growing if they feel that you are too good in what you do, so it's worth leaving you at the same position for years. No real learning opportunities. Technology used is proprietary so once out, you have no transferable skills earned.
