Pros
The compensation is fairly good. Activities for the family and other perks (like free food in kitchenette and nice dining room) Some places.
Cons
There aren't too many opportunities to move between the different divisions. The volume of work is sometimes overwhelming - a lot of very long hours and no "work-life" balance.
