- They offer good perks and good learning platforms.
Cons
- They treat their employees as kids.They TAKE ATTENDANCE to verify you're coming at least 3 times per week. If you're not, hr sends a report to your manager. And of course, they can fire you. - The company do not trust on its own employees so you can imagine how "far" you can go in the project and the micromanagement they can apply to you. - Several people coming from TCS and Infosis, guess how the culture is.
