      Pros

      Good medical benefits, dental and vision acceptable. Does offer 401k. No retirement.

      Cons

      Offshores work to India as quickly as possible. Primarily is an outsourcing company for larger companies such as AT&T. These companies outsource the work and employees which disguises any downsizing on their part. Then Amdocs lays them off as quickly as possible and replaces them with Indian offshore employees.

      Vast experiences in Telco Space, technologies and people exposure to a lot of markets and businesses and also to business processes

      salary is low. management doesnt care much about you and your growth path no Work life balance
