Company is Good But It Totally Depends on your Project and Management
Pros
No Pros as of Now , as I have been came along all Cons in the Company. Only One good thing is that it provides WFH and Salary Structure is good.
Cons
You will need to work on Weekends. i.e Mostly Sundays. You will not get any Proper Trainings / KTs. You will not have enough time to eat food also and it totally depends on your Management. Your hike will totally be depended on your Manager and your relations with the Manager. For Leaves you will have to reach out to your managers for multiple times even if it is a legitimate cause. No Early Approval for Leaves. You will have to work till 10 PM or 11PM someday depends on your Manager , without considerations of Night Shift Allowance. Your Learnings in the job will be pointless as it will not help you out for the longer run in your career. Still Older Technologies are in use in this Company , that might not give Skill Boost to One .
