Pros
Many benefits (life insurance, food, parking, gym membership, events) Remotely!!! Very good school Nice environment Nice team no monitoring in hours, as long as you do and finish your work they don'tcare what time you've started and ended partially paid courses
Cons
Many unpaid overtimes for example 10-12h / day sometimes 15h/day depends on the projects for ex. there are projects which does not have a lot of work and the working hours are normal
