Pros
Unlimited vacation, amazing health coverage and also Most reporting wether expenses or just daily reports are automated and streamlined which makes work much easier and smoother and they are continuously improving it.
Cons
Non-Stem PMs with no tech background and zero spine always sell their teammates infront of the customers (many of them are ex military but I doubt they ever saw combat because 100% would rather b alone in a foxhole than with any of them) Lack knowledge and spine will literally blame all their teammates and let customers walk all over them than manage the customer which has consequently caused many contracts to be lost or people to just leave and chose not to work or be affiliated with them anymore.
