      - Good salaries - Frequent short travel opportunities - Employee friendly facilities and policies - Good mix of young and experienced talent which keeps work atmosphere healthy - Many opportunities for developing hobbies, social activities etc.

      Cons

      - In quite a few projects, there is lot of workload and work life balance becomes key issue - lot of travel if you are a family person and have some family constraints which prevent you from travel
