      + Cool Culture + Employee care is taken care of + WFH and also BB reimbursement, Timesheet not strictly followed + No restrictions on accessing sites like YT, FB, mailing sites + Open door policy + Office environment has good standards maintained + Employee benefits and perks are good

      Cons

      - Company losing its touch - Not a good paymasters now - Post promotion no effort is made to bring the person to the required salary standards. Some person at same role might be earning huge and another one promoted might be getting less than his senior subordinate - THERE WERE ACTUAL GOOD LEADERS. But if u land up with a unprofessional management then it is very difficult to prove them incorrect (cause the boss is always right )

      Scope of Growth is limited, Annual Salary hikes are nothing but a farce. Annual Bonus payout for above average performance is not even half of one month's take-home salary. Employee Recognition, Benefits are on steep decline. When HR is being asked about providing Salary Hikes and Benefits - the HR Team's Focal Point responded: - Who is dying ? (10+ Year loyal employees seldom complain). - What's your attrition rate ? (Most employees from Overseas are stuck due to VISA status)

      Pros

      I joined this organisation as a fresher and it used be a heart throb for many young graduate at that time. It was full of talents from top institutions across the nation and there was positive technical vibe across all business units. They had one of the best employee care. Work was innovative and challenging, yet unnecessary time pressure was not there. However, as the organisation expanded, quality of talent pool and employee care. both degraded thoroughly year on year. Currently it stands as an average employer. Onsite opportunities across the globe.

      Cons

      1.Prime accounts are not in India. India operation runs mostly low budget and high-demand APAC projects. 2.Senior management don't push back on unrealistic demand from customers and put inhuman pressure on delivery unit, which eventually causes degradation of quality.
