Pros

Still have free breakfast. Have a big brand value in IT service providers in telecom and advertizing domains.

Cons

Initially amdocs had quite a good and impressive policies, today it's worse than any other local organization. Have started crunching employees do deliver more in lesser time. Salaries have started decreasing Have started too many cost cutting initiatives recently.

Pros

they pay good salary .. better than a lot of other companies ... but wrose than some you get lots of tasks to work on ... tons of responsibility. lots of travel - sometimes it might become a little too much ... but overall, its good good travel policies - good hotels, per diem etc negligible politics at the developer level ... excellent customer exposure option to relocate to other countries

Cons

you are promoted only if you threaten to leave... lots of buearucracy lots of politics at higher level ... PM & above employee care is usually the last item on the list

Pros

Opportunities, flexibility in career choices. If you started as a tester, there are good chances you will continue to development, then step by sales department role and find yourself in a completely different career place. Sometimes, or to some people this is an advantage, to other - not a benefit, if you are pursuing a goal to become an expert in your field...

Cons

Promotion based on a chance rather then on actual performance. You can be promoted because someone left, got fired, etc, it is not related to how exactly you perform on a daily basis, rather then on a chance.
