      Pros

      * Nice open work culture * Flexible timings, though indian management is now trying to constraint * Salaries are okie * Amdocs is famous for it's food, no eating problems :) * No Bench, so work most of the time though not much pressure

      Cons

      * Israeli dominated company, they order we follow * Indian management has ruined the company's nice policies with cost cuttings in last 3-4 years * Salaries are now coming to Indian company standards, but they are still high * Standard of recruitment has sharply declined, as company goes to any xyz college for recruitment under cost cutting * People staying here for long are getting less salary compared to market

      Very Flexible environment , Open Door Policies, Foodie, Good focus on Employee Care, Growth opportunities, Loyality Programs....

      Cons

      The initiatives are done on top of weak basement. Should not put pressure on achieving the target metrics, rather the importance of the quality should be sensed by employees
