Cons
A perfectly opaque Rewards/Recognition/Promotion/relocation system. Compensation for experienced personnel is not up to the market standards. Middle management in service oriented groups like Production Support needs a complete revamp or skill upgrades. Not as meritocratic as other organizations and promotion policy is flawed. Work life balance as well as the team quality varies drastically between groups as the recruitment process isn't standardized, especially for Services groups. Extra caution needs to be practiced before opting for a new opportunity. No fit is considered while allocating projects to resources or hiring laterals.
